Greetings from your friends at The Rockley! Your stay is an immersion in Bajan culture that simply can’t be bought — here’s what you need to know before you head our way.

  • TOURISM FUND
    Please note an optional donation to the Tourism Fund of Barbados will be applied to your account of US$1 per day which allows guests "give back" to the island in a direct and meaningful way. This donation is at the discretion of the guest and can be accepted or declined at check out. For more information on the tourism fund please visit BHTA Tourism Fund.

  • DEPOSIT POLICY
    For guests who have booked direct with us the following deposit policies are applicable.
  • REFUNDABLE POLICY
    A three night deposit is required to secure your reservation, with the balance of payment to be made upon check in to Sea Breeze Beach House.
  • NON-REFUNDABLE POLICY
    Full payment is required in order to secure your reservation, and this payment is non-refundable, non-modifiable and non-transferable.
    For guests that have booked through a third party travel agent or tour operator, please contact them directly to confirm their deposit policies.
  • ROOM & BED REQUEST POLICY
    Please note room requests and bedding requests are not guaranteed, however we will do our best to try and accommodate their request. Please send your requests to stay@therockleybarbados.com.
  • PACK FOR A PURPOSE
    Click here.  We are committed to being a responsible corporate and community citizen and are proud members of Pack for a Purpose, an initiative that allows travelers like you to make a lasting impact in the community at your travel destination. If you save just a few kilos of space in your suitcase and bring supplies for the less fortunate you'll make a priceless impact in the lives of our local children and families.   • DEPOSIT BY CREDIT CARD
    Please note that the credit card used to make the booking and pay any deposits must be presented at the time of check-in with proof of ID (both photographic and signature).
  • GUEST INCIDENTAL AUTHORIZATION POLICY
    There is a mandatory incidental deposit taken at check in by either credit card or via a cash deposit. Guests are recommended to activate signing privileges by allowing a deposit of US$250.00 to be authorized on their card or they can decline this service and deposit a fixed amount of US$250 in cash. All unused amounts of the deposit will be refunded on departure.
  • GOVERNMENT ROOM LEVY
    As of July 1st, 2018, there is a mandatory room rate levy required to be payable on departure which is US$9.63 per bedroom per night. For 2 bedroom suites, this charge is US$19.25 per night.
  • EARLY CHECK-OUT POLICY
    If a guest wishes to check out from the hotel early, the refund will be based on the total stayed room nights plus 3 used nights. The balance of the reservation will be refunded to the guest, if the reservation was made directly with the hotel. If this was done through a tour operator, then the refund will be done through the tour operator.
  • SMOKING POLICY
    All areas of the hotel are non-smoking, this includes in all rooms and suites, balconies, corridors, public areas, restaurant and bars. Failure to comply will result in a US$250 charge to your guest account. There is a designated smoking area at the hotel.
