For our guests, our complimentary hot breakfast 7:30 AM - 10:30 AM, is a perfect start to your day.  With freshly brewed coffee, our breakfast buffet pleases every palate, and features a daily rotation, highlighting a unique Bajan delicacy each morning.

The Rockley Bar hours are from 10:30 AM to 10:30 PM.  Plus, check out the Happy Hour— Happy Hour is two times per day! From 12:00 noon until 1:00 PM, and again from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

Saturday Traditional Bajan Souse

Ask any Bajan what they’re eating on a Saturday, and chances are you’ll hear the same answer “pudding and souse”.  From 12 noon to 3:00 PM, join us and enjoy the sweet sounds of steelpan while indulging in this cherished local tradition. Our traditional Bajan souse is a vibrant, flavour-packed dish made with tender cuts of pickled pork, marinated in a lively blend and served chilled, it’s tangy, spicy, and refreshingly bold, a true island classic.

Of course, no Saturday is complete without the perfect pairing: steamed sweet potato pudding, savoury and seasoned to perfection. You’ll also find other local favourites on sale, like pickled chicken foot and pig tails, each served with that same delicious pudding.  It’s a beloved Bajan tradition, and once you’ve tried it, you’ll see why Pudding & Souse has remained a favourite for generations.  Prices from US $13.

Bajan Sunday Lunch @ The Rockley

Sundays are made for good food and great company and there’s no better place to enjoy both than at The Rockley. Join us every Sunday from 12 noon to 3:00 PM for a traditional Bajan Lunch that celebrates the rich flavors of Barbados. Enjoy a hearty selection of local favorites, a variety of soups and salads, a carving station, tempting main courses, and a decadent dessert spread.  Whether you're gathering with friends or bringing the whole family, our Bajan Sunday Lunch is the perfect way to unwind and indulge.

As a guest of The Rockley, we invite you to Oro Restaurant located on the ninth-floor of O2 Beach Club & Spa, offering an a la carte menu with unlimited cocktails, wine, beer and soft drinks. Oro Restaurant is air-conditioned, is open five nights a week and is opulently decorated, this is luxury dining to remember.
